Our conical twin screw extruder design cater to the raw materials feature ensuring homogeneous mixture, better plastification and conveying efficiency. There are two kinds of raw materials for manufacturing PVC pipe.
a). PVC resin and other additives can be bought and mixed together by customers themselves according to formula. At this situation, the Mixers will be necessary equipped with the extrusion line.
b). If customers bought ready PVC granules for making pipe from other professional suppliers of PVC granules, the Mixers will be not necessary.
