LB Machinery offers complete production line for pvc window and door profile extrusion line tailored to the drawings of customers. Our profile extruder, like all the machines are crafted with top brand components to ensure production stability, efficiency and machine durability. Our caterpillars hauling-off allocates rocket arm providing sufficient driving force and moving speed. All of temperature controllers will be OMRON and all of electrical parts will be Siemens or Schneider. The saw cutter is controlled by PLC humanized machine and easier operation.
➢ Conical twin screw extruder machine
The Design and manufacture of screws for processing of dry powder blend. High quality screws and barrel for long service time. Permanent magnet synchronous motor for high energy efficiency. Operator oriented operation logic for clever and easy operation during production.
➢ Calibration table
Stable steel frame and high-quality body material like SUS 304 stainless steel. Multi-dimension position adjustment system. Operation optimized water circuit system for energy saving. Optimized layout of valves for vacuum and water for rapid shaping and cooling.
➢ Haul off (puller) machine
Sufficient hauling force with even force distribution along caterpillars. Hauling Rubber easy replace and as spare part delivered for free. Highly Synchronized hauling for stable quality of products. Pneumatic pressure for easy adjustment and product protect.
➢ Cutter machine
Swarfless and saw cutting are available for customization. Easy operation design
➢ Mixer
There are two kinds of raw materials for manufacturing PVC pipe.
a). PVC resin and other additives can be bought and mixed together by customers themselves according to formula. At this situation, the Mixers will be necessary equipped with the extrusion line.
b). If customers bought ready PVC granules for making pipe from other professional suppliers of PVC granules, the Mixers will be not necessary.
