LB Machinery PVC Electrical Conduit Production Line

LB Machinery offers complete production line for pvc electrical conduit ranging from 16mm(0.5inch) to 50mm(1.5 inch). Our extruder, like all the machines are crafted with top brand components to ensure production stability, efficiency and machine durability. Our conical twin screw extruder design cater to the raw materials feature ensuring homogeneous mixture, better plastification and conveying efficiency. All of temperature controllers will be OMRON and all of electrical parts will be Siemens or Schneider. We offer customized solutions tailed to various needs.

There are two kinds of raw materials for manufacturing PVC pipe.
a). PVC resin and other additives can be bought and mixed together by customers themselves according to formula. At this situation, the Mixers will be necessary equipped with the extrusion line.
b). If customers bought ready PVC granules for making pipe from other professional suppliers of PVC granules, the Mixers will be not necessary.
