In July 2022 we handover the 1200 HDPE Pipe Production line to our customer. After on-site installation, commissioning and staff training the pipeline runs stable for production municipal sewage pipe with diameter 630mm.
The city grows in last few decades extremely fast. The layout and capacity of municipal pipes should be replaced. After discussion with customer, we offered and delivered our tailored extrusion line for our customer. Some of production highlights are shown here.
Permanent Magnet Synchronized Motor
After several application the motor is proved by energy saving, stable and reliable running. The high energy efficiency is also the biggest advantage comparing with asynchronized Motor.
Tailored solution for customer
By this production, the main product is municipal sewage pipe with the diameter range from 630 to 1000. Based on customer’s demand, operation costume and main product we offer this customized 1200 HDPE Pipeline. The size is a little bit smaller than our normal 1200 line due to adjustment of safety factor. The line can still produce the pipe with 1200mm diameter and achieve a reasonable cost.
Reliable design and manufacture skill
A professional equipment supplier should have an experienced team, which can realize all the agreements in offer. For operation safety we built a big platform for extruders and adopted high safety factor by components selection. The brief structure of pipeline should be the same, but it is the all the details, which are found in daily operation, tells the difference between the professional supplier and others.
Automatic control system
1. For each original device, each supplier has undergone strict inspection and screening, and added its own characteristics, adhering to the concept of the source of plastic, and taking its essence.
2. The seamless combination of Siemens touch screen and Siemens PLC enables the operating parameters to be freely defined and displayed on the display screen.
3. The main control cabinet is equipped with an energy consumption monitoring system, which can intuitively and clearly grasp the actual production capacity and power consumption at any time. It is convenient for data statistics and cost estimation.
