1. PVC-U double-wall hollow spiral silencing drainage pipes

It is to use a double-layer structure design on the conventional PVC pipe to form a hollow layer or to design spiral ribs on the inner wall of the pipe. The formation of the hollow layer makes it have sound insulation and sound insulation performance, and the design of the spiral bar can make the water discharged into the riser pipe through the effective guidance of the spiral bar to form a relatively dense rotating water flow, through the test, the noise is 30-40 decibels lower than the ordinary PVC drainage pipe and cast iron pipe, making the living environment more warm and quiet. On the basis of PVC-U smooth wall pipe, several triangular spiral convex ribs are added to the inner wall of the pipe to achieve water vapor separation, spiral drainage, and the drainage flow rate is about 5-6 liters per second.

3. Strengthened spiral silencing pipe:

The improved solid-wall spiral silencing pipe increases the pitch to 800mm, the stiffener to 1 to 12, and the rib height to 3.0mm, which greatly strengthens the drainage and silencing ability, and the blade type single riser with special swirl tee drainage flow rate is 13 liters per second (can be used in more than 20 layers). When the water in the transverse pipe is discharged into the riser, the convex spiral bar can play a role in guiding the water flow, so that the water flow falls in a spiral along the tangential water flow, avoiding the collision of multi-directional inlet water flow, effectively reducing the longitudinal rupture phenomenon caused by the impact of external force on the pipeline, and also greatly reducing the noise of the pipeline system.

1. Noise reduction ability

The spiral silencing pipe reduces the noise by 8~10 dB compared with the ordinary PVC drainage pipe, and the hollow spiral silencing pipe reduces the noise by 18~20 decibels compared with the ordinary PVC drainage pipe. The noise of the traditional drainage system is 60dB, while the drainage noise of the reinforced spiral pipe is lower and can reach less than 47db.

2. Drainage capacity
