Producing Details Of The Four Extruders
As soon as we received the proforma invoice, the machine manufacturing project set up. At the beginning, our manage made detailed producing plan ensuring completion with quality and quantity. Among the production process, our engineer involved in the factory and made daily inspection. For the extruder, it crafts with three phase asynchronous motor ensuring driving force, 304 stainless steel feeder and instruction panel controlling heating of the exruder. Meanwhile, up to the customers demand, our workers paint the motor into grey, foundation into blue but the main tone is white. The overall color matching is compatible and harmonious.

Packing Details of the Four Extruders
In the early morning, our factory workers go over each components of the four extruders. Wrapping the four extruder with films acting as protection layer, the workers used iron rods and belt raising the machine. Due to the large diameter of the four extruder, transporting the machine into the container by crane is unfeasible. On that case, the forklift took part in the packing term. After moving all the machines into the container, our factory workers buckled the belt ensuring the steadiness in the following sea-shipping process.
