PVC Spiral pipe has widely used in the countries of the Middle East. The extrusion machine has special design. It adopts co-extrusion concept. The line is composed of 50/28 single screw extruder and 55/30 single screw extruder. It adopts Siemens-beide motor, Chinese famous brand gearbox. It has forming unit that shape the spiral on the main extruded plastic flow. The water cooling bath equipped with 6-8 nozzles that spraying water on the flow. After enough cooling time, the spiral pipe will be winded in the rotating unit. By this way, the spiral shape could be further shaped.

We equip three caterpillar haul-off machine and knife cutting. The special design of the mould and temperature adjustment device ensures the pipe with good surface and best performance.
